Who am i?
Hi I’m Craig. I’m a 30 year old Level 3 personal trainer & Level 4 Strength & Conditioning coach and proud full time dad! Born and bred in Cambridge, UK. I’ve been a personal trainer for the best part of 10 years and still enjoying every minute of it!
I discovered my love for exercise through sport, beginning my journey as a Basketball Player. Since then I delved into different areas of exercise, such as Strength training, Cardiovascular performance, Olympic Lifting, Callisthenics, Injury prevention, Mobility and more. I’ve also trained martial arts, such as Muy Thai and currently participate in Ju-jitsu regularly.
My mission is to help as many people as possible both complete beginners and experienced athletes build a better relationship with exercise helping them to become fitter stronger and more mobile. My biggest focus is on improving overall body functionality and building a more capable resident body that performs well in both every day life and sport.
